Supermodel Bella Hadid sparked public concern and criticism after appearing on the Victoria’s Secret runway, with viewers describing her as looking “like a dying model,” Daily Mail reported.
Just a month earlier, Hadid had suffered a relapse of Lyme disease. Despite her recent health struggles, the 29-year-old walked the runway wearing a massive pair of 50-pound wings. Her frail appearance immediately drew attention, leaving fans both worried for her condition and upset that such a moment closed the show.
“Creepy and sad — the finale was ruined by poor model selection. ‘Dying’ is a fitting word for someone who literally came from a hospital bed straight to the runway,” one viewer commented online.
A viral TikTok by user @meyechelgossips, viewed over 2.2 million times, showed Hadid visibly struggling to stay balanced. “You can tell in her face. She looks a little stiff,” the TikToker said. “She’s trying to play it off, moving her shoulders to keep those wings on — still killing it, though.”

Toward the end of her walk, Hadid appeared to nearly faint. “She’s barely keeping the momentum going. Those wings are weighing her down completely,” the creator noted.
