A new kind of facelift, dubbed the “Forever 35” is reshaping Hollywood’s beauty landscape. Designed to subtly restore youthful features without leaving telltale signs of surgery.

Once a tightly kept secret in Hollywood plastic surgery has entered a new era of openness. Stars are now publicly acknowledging their surgeons and sharing their experiences. Kris Jenner credited Dr. Steven Levine on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast for her rejuvenated appearance, while Megan Fox openly listed her cosmetic procedures—including rhinoplasty and breast augmentation—on Call Her Daddy.
Even former talk show host Ricki Lake proudly discussed her lower face and neck lift on Watch What Happens Live.
Plastic surgeons say this growing transparency reflects shifting attitudes toward self-care and authenticity. “If you look like your authentic self, people won’t notice you’ve had work done,” said Dr. Bektas Alizadeh, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon whose waiting list stretches over a year. “The Forever 35 facelift doesn’t pull—it repositions facial tissue along natural gliding planes, restoring youth without distortion.”
For many, the results speak for themselves. Wendy Heck, 55, underwent a deep-plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, fat grafting, and eyelid surgery in 2024. A year and a half later, she says she feels “more confident, more beautiful, and simply happier.” Her transformation, costing around $180,000, has left her “smiling every time I pass a mirror.”
Experts emphasize that while the procedure can deliver dramatic yet natural results, it carries risks—including bleeding, infection, and nerve injury. Patients are advised to verify that their surgeons are board-certified and experienced. Despite the high cost—often reaching six figures for top specialists—the demand continues to surge.
Unlike fillers or Botox, Forever 35 facelift offers long-lasting, life-changing results. Still, aging never stops. Surgeons remind patients that maintenance and possible revisions may needed over time. “There’s no treatment that halts aging completely,” said Dr. Babak Azizzadeh “But this comes close to turning back the clock gracefully.”
For celebrities, the pressure is even higher. “Performing a deep-plane facelift for someone who needs to be on camera in three to four weeks is intense,” Dr. Azizzadeh explained. “The goal is always the same—undetectable perfection.”
