Robbie Williams says his eyesight has begun to fade after using weight-loss injections. The singer, 51, told the Daily Mail he now struggles to see faces at a distance and first noticed the issue during a football game, where players appeared “just shapes on the field.”
Williams believes the popular slimming drug—widely used by celebrities—may be behind the sudden decline. “I adapted to the injections quickly, but my vision started dropping. It’s been blurry for a long time, and each day feels worse. I don’t think it’s age; I think it’s the injections,” he said.
He later told The Sun he wants others to be aware of possible side effects and urged people to “research properly” before starting similar treatments.
The former Take That singer described moments on stage when emotional performances were interrupted by sudden worries about losing focus: “You’ll be up there singing a ballad… everybody’s having this moment, and then you think, ‘One of the dancers is going to walk through that.’”

Williams has since seen an optician and received new glasses, though he did not initially link his symptoms to the injections.
He previously said the medication helped him drop from 88.5 kilograms to 76.6 kilograms.
